Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce
The Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce represents its members by advancing and promoting the economic health and quality of life of the region. The Chamber started as the Sioux Falls Commercial Club in 1907; today, the organization boasts nearly 2,300 members and a century of progress.

Sioux Falls Development Foundation
Since the 1950s, the Sioux Falls Development Foundation (SFDF) has been the central force for economic development in our region. Today, the group administers first-class industrial parks, provides information and services for growing and relocating businesses and coordinates economic development strategies for a strong future for the Sioux Falls area.

Sioux Empire Housing Partnership
The Sioux Empire Housing Partnership (SEHP) promotes increasing the supply of housing for moderate income buyers. The SEHP, consisting of representatives from business, local government and community groups, accomplishes its mission through research, public education and advocacy efforts aimed at building public support for housing production.

Sioux Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau
The Sioux Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) markets and showcases the City of Sioux Falls in order to expand the number of, and accommodate the needs of, visitors to the city. The CVB is a program of the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.

South Dakota Technology Business Center
In January 2004, the South Dakota Technology Business Center (SDTBC) opened for business. The SDTBC is a 501 (c) 4 not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to diversify and expand the regional economy by providing “best practices” incubator services and networking opportunities to qualified new and early-stage technology-based companies. The Technology Business Center building is a 38,000 sq. ft. facility offering office, lab and light manufacturing space for lease. Tenants are encouraged to “graduate” from the facility in three years.

Sioux Falls Recruiting Cooperative
The Sioux Falls Recruiting Cooperative (SFRC) is an alliance of Sioux Falls companies who have joined together to recruit professional and technical candidates from outside the Sioux Falls area. SFRC seeks to connect professionals with rewarding careers in Sioux Falls through the SFRC website (www.sfrc.com), attendance at professional job fairs throughout the Midwest and active marketing across the nation.

SFRC provides links to positions in engineering, information technology, sales and marketing and other professional career opportunities. Member firms include financial institutions, medical centers, insurance and surety companies, high tech industries, government agencies and manufacturers.
