Fifth Program Continues Success

Since the first Forward Sioux Falls campaign nearly 20 years ago, Sioux Falls has seen explosive growth — more jobs, expanding superior medical facilities, dozens of education opportunities and better shopping and cultural activities.

Forward Sioux Falls is the successful joint venture economic development partnership between the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and the Sioux Falls Development Foundation.

While specific components of the Forward Sioux Falls programs have changed over the years, investors continue to favor program initiatives that are aggressive in attracting new business, increasing job growth and enhancing the overall quality of life.

The fifth installment of this successful economic development program also identifies ways to position Sioux Falls as an “ Opportunity City” where young people can come to receive their education, start their careers and raise their families. This new marketing campaign will brand Sioux Falls as a place where you can go far in life — and stay close to family and friends. Forward Sioux Falls V will be another vital component of the economic success of the Sioux Falls region.
